Editorial standards
FactoSphere uses AI-assisted research and editorial tools, with source checks, automated quality controls, and additional human review where required.
Sources
Every article lists the sources it relies on, with links. We work from what the sources actually say and preserve uncertainty where it exists. Where they hedge or disagree, the article says so instead of choosing the most exciting version.
Checks before publication
Each article passes automated quality controls (sources, length, clarity, duplicates, links and search basics) and is reviewed before it goes live. Topics where a mistake could hurt readers, such as government and politics, law, health and personal finance advice, are not published without specific approval and additional human review.
Images
We prefer real public-domain or properly licensed imagery, credited to its source. Otherwise we use simple editorial graphics. We may use AI-generated imagery when it clearly improves an article. An article does not need an image to be published.
Updates and corrections
Each article shows when it was published and last reviewed. The "Updated" date changes only when the substance changes. If you find an error, tell us; we correct it and note the change.
